In such circumstances, Real Balance funds may be returned to the originating cryptocurrency address after deducting applicable fees, subject to our AML and compliance procedures.
Betpanda is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. All transactions are monitored. We may file reports with relevant authorities and withhold funds where we have grounds to believe that funds are the proceeds of unlawful activity. In such cases we may be legally prohibited from notifying you that a report has been made.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance once the required number of blockchain confirmations has been received for the relevant network. Lightning Network deposits are credited near-instantly. Betpanda does not charge a deposit fee; however, network transaction fees charged by the relevant blockchain are your responsibility.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you send funds to the correct wallet address and on the correct network. Betpanda accepts no liability for funds lost due to sending cryptocurrency to an incorrect address, on an incorrect network, or in an unsupported token format.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively in Supported Cryptocurrencies to a wallet address you specify. Withdrawals cannot be made to a wallet address that is not associated with a blockchain network we support.
Betpanda aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. Lightning Network withdrawals are processed near-instantly. On-chain withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. Withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time where KYC verification is pending or where manual review is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawals page and may vary by cryptocurrency and VIP level. Betpanda reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments. Specific withdrawal limits applicable to any promotional winnings are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Betpanda reserves the right to require satisfactory completion of KYC procedures before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification without constituting a breach of our obligations to you.
Only funds that satisfy applicable wagering requirements (where applicable) may be withdrawn. The Weekly Cashback carries zero wagering conditions and may be withdrawn freely once credited. See Section 8 for full promotion-specific terms.
Your Account operates in cryptocurrency. All game displays, bonus amounts, and limits expressed in BTC (or equivalent) reflect the cryptocurrency value at the time of the relevant transaction. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Betpanda reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, void any pending or settled bets and game rounds connected with the prohibited activity, and withhold or confiscate any funds associated with such activity. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Betpanda support via Live Chat or email. Before closing your Account, ensure you have withdrawn any Real Balance funds. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Betpanda reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, reasonable suspicion of fraud or criminal activity, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed by Betpanda for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraud, any verified Real Balance will be returned to the player's designated cryptocurrency address.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Betpanda reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with the schedule published in the Help Centre, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Dormant Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and, where required, completing any outstanding verification steps.
